These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By using Our Website in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them. No person under the age of 18 years may purchase event tickets. If you are under 18, please confer with an adult to make your purchase.

When we communicate with you we do so by email/Whats App. You agree that email/Whats App communications are contractually binding in the same way as properly signed and dated paper sent by post.

  • Liability: Gigr acts as a ticketing platform only and is not responsible for event quality, management, or services.

  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions regulate your use of the Gigr website and services. By using the website or purchasing tickets/products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.


2. Eligibility

  • No person under 18 years may purchase tickets. Minors must seek parental/guardian consent.

  • Certain events may have additional age or entry requirements. Customers are responsible for verifying these.


3. Ticket Purchase & Payment

  • Payments are processed through our approved payment gateways.

  • The organizer selects the available payment methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, etc.). Gigr temporarily holds the collected amount and will transfer payouts post-event to the organizer’s account within the agreed timelines.

  • Transactions in foreign currencies may incur conversion charges borne by the customer.


4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are processed after deducting processing fees, handling fees, taxes, and commission.

  • Refunds are applicable in the following circumstances:

    1. Event does not occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

    2. Event conducted for less than half its scheduled duration (only if caused by organizer negligence).

    3. Rescheduled/postponed events (full refund applies only if the new date is more than 48 hours after the original date).

  • No refunds for:

    • Changes in venue or location (unless unreasonable distance, i.e., >20km).

    • Artist lineup changes, program changes, or timing adjustments.

    • Force majeure events (pandemics, government regulations, natural disasters, war, acts of God, etc.).

  • Customers must submit refund requests within 48 hours post-event via email or WhatsApp.

     


5. Failed Transactions & Payment Gateway Issues

  • If a transaction fails or is declined, but payment has been deducted from your account, the refund process will be initiated automatically.

  • The amount will be refunded to the source account within the standard banking timeline (usually 5-7 business days).

  • Gigr will not entertain refund requests related to specific payment gateway offers (e.g., Paytm cashback not received).

  • Issues with third-party offers (e.g., cashback) must be resolved directly with the payment provider.


6. Event Liability & Responsibility

  • Gigr is only a ticketing platform and is not responsible for the management, quality, or services of events.

  • All responsibility for event approvals, permissions, licenses, and attendee safety rests with the organizer/venue.

  • Gigr is not liable for attendee injuries, loss, or damages at the event.


7. Intellectual Property & Use of Information

  • Content on the website, including images, videos, and event information, is the property of Gigr or the organizer.

  • Ticket holders consent to use of their images/likeness for promotional purposes.


8. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify Gigr for any claims or demands arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms & Conditions.


9. Governing Law

  • All disputes arising in relation to these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune.


10. Disclaimers

  • Gigr provides no warranty regarding the quality of events or services.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the refund of the amount paid by the customer, excluding any consequential losses.

  • Website information is provided “as-is” and may be subject to change without notice.


11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Gigr reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
